1) Launch Notes Calendar to Outlook software. The main screen of the Notes Calendar to Outlook appears:
2) Click the Add Files button to browse and list the .nsf file from your system.
3) Click the Preview button to view preview of the calendar items before saving or click the Export button to save the calendar items.
4) After viewing preview, click the Export button to save the calendar items. Select the save option between "Save in PST" or "Save in Excel" file.
Notes Calendar to Outlook software provides options to save in new .pst or .xls file or to an existing .pst file. Select the appropriate option and click OK to continue.
Now the Lotus Notes Calendar entries can be viewed with MS Outlook or MS Excel from the saved location.
